Say X-O: Spell X-O repeatedly to get the muscles of your cheeks, jaw and neck moving. The more it moves, the more it burns fat. Do this exercise 12 times per set, and do three sets.
Kiss the Ceiling: Tilt your head backward and form an ‘O’ with your mouth as if you are kissing the ceiling. This exercise works the muscles in your chin and helps burn neck fat. Repeat this exercise five times.
